Why engineering matters here

Studying engineering taught me to think in systems: define constraints, test assumptions, build something that holds together. I bring that same discipline to typography, layout, and brand identity.

Curious, not comfortable

I'm still early in my creative practice, which means I approach every project as a chance to test an idea rather than repeat a formula. That curiosity keeps the work honest.

Authentic over agency-scale

This is a one-person practice, not an agency. I'd rather take on fewer projects and give each one real thought than promise more than I can deliver.

Concept before decoration

Every project starts with a concept strong enough to inform every decision after it: color, type, layout, motion. If a detail can't be traced back to that concept, it doesn't belong.

Systems, not one-offs

I build rules, not one-off pieces: type scales, grids, color logic that hold up whether they're printed, animated, or scrolled past on a phone.
